Refund policy

 

Omnia is a brand owned and operated by Mundus Gnosis Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in India.


1. Nature of Products

Omnia offers digital knowledge products referred to as Codex in electronic format, delivered instantly upon purchase. We also offer the Omnia Library Pass, which grants access to our full Codex library for a period of 6 months upon a one-time payment of ₹199.

Because all products are delivered digitally and are available for access immediately upon payment confirmation, they are classified as non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.


2. General Refund Policy

We maintain a no-refund policy as a general rule for the following reasons:

  • Digital products are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase.
  • There is no physical inventory to return.
  • The nature of digital content makes it impossible to un-deliver once accessed.

By completing a purchase on omnialibrary.com, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


3. Single Codex Purchases (₹99)

Refunds for individual Codex purchases are not applicable once the product has been delivered or made accessible to your account.


4. Omnia Library Pass (₹199 for 6 Months)

  • Library Pass payments are non-refundable once access has been activated.
  • Access remains valid for 6 months from the date of payment and does not renew automatically.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the access period.

5. Exceptions and When a Refund May Be Considered

We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error.
  • Non-delivery: Payment was successfully debited but the Codex was not delivered and is not accessible in your account, and the issue persists after you have contacted our support team.
  • Significant technical defect: A Codex is found to be fundamentally corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

In all such cases, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction date.


6. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name registered on the account
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order ID or payment reference number
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your request.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time after approval is typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable laws of India. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or override your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
