Omnia is a brand owned and operated by Mundus Gnosis Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
Omnia operates omnialibrary.com and all related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services") to provide you with a curated digital knowledge experience. The Services are hosted on Shopify, which enables us to deliver them to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.

All Omnia products, including digital knowledge products referred to as Codexes, are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped at any point. We have made every effort to represent our products accurately, but we do not warrant that the quality or experience of any digital product will meet your expectations or match exactly what is depicted on the website.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the availability of any product to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Omnia reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Omnia confirms acceptance and successfully processes your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Omnia may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms and conditions. Where there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to keep your account details updated, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that all charges incurred will be honoured by your payment provider.
Section 5. Digital Delivery
All products sold by Omnia are digital in nature and are delivered electronically under the Codex format. No physical goods are shipped at any point.
Upon successful payment, access to your purchased content will be delivered to your registered email address or made available through your Omnia account. Delivery is typically immediate but may be subject to brief processing delays.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and account details are accurate at the time of purchase. Omnia is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address, spam filters, or account access issues on your end.
All digital content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share your access credentials or downloaded files with any other person. Unauthorised distribution of Omnia content is a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.
The Omnia Library Pass grants access to content for the duration of the active access period only. Omnia reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content from the library at any time without prior notice.
Section 6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, audio, video, product content, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by Mundus Gnosis Private Limited, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Omnia's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mundus Gnosis Private Limited or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or endorse these tools in any way. Access to such tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations of any kind. We bear no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. The Services are hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide them to you. All sales and purchases made through the Services are made directly with Omnia, operated by Mundus Gnosis Private Limited. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Omnia, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from purchased products or services. By using the Services, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your transactions with Omnia.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any Feedback you submit, and that your Feedback complies with these Terms. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omnia, Mundus Gnosis Private Limited, and our respective partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any products obtained through the Services, or for any other claim related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnia, Mundus Gnosis Private Limited, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim and may control the defence and settlement of such claim at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent. You agree to cooperate in the defence of any indemnified claim.

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide you the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
